Haloblk serves more than 200 countries worldwide, and we will continue to upgrade our services to provide a better experience for our customers.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. Because some countries are undeliverable, we will contact you if we cannot ship to those countries.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by DHL or USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Customs Declaration and Duty Payment:
At HALOBLK, we declare products based on reasonable market values and in accordance with the customs standards of the destination country. Our aim is to ensure that all shipments meet local customs policies and requirements. All customs declarations are handled transparently and accurately, following relevant laws and regulations.
We strive to handle customs duties in a manner that ensures full legal compliance, while also adhering to international shipping standards.
Customs Duty Payment Instructions:
In accordance with international logistics laws, HALOBLK offers the option to handle customs duty prepayments on behalf of our customers. However, if customs duties are required upon delivery, we kindly ask that you cover these charges initially. After making the payment, please email a copy of your payment receipt to support@haloblk.com to facilitate a prompt refund.
Once we receive your proof of payment, HALOBLK guarantees that the full customs duty amount will be refunded to you within 12 hours.
